The Launch Pad is an award-winning, high growth managed IT & Web Services provider for SMBs and small enterprise companies in Florida and nationwide. We’re looking for a highly motivated team player to manage our web services division and to develop, manage and enhance websites for new and existing small/mid-sized business clients. This position will be responsible for onboarding new web clients, managing our co-located web servers, handling support inquiries and coordinating web development projects. Our Web Services Manager coordinates many moving parts from web server management to maintenance to vendor relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities
? Working with new and existing clients, our web partners and vendors and our Client Solutions team.
? Managing Web Services help desk and escalation issues.
? Tracking all communication in our service automation/CRM system including service requests with prospects and customers.
? Conducting discovery meetings, proposals and project management with customers.
? Interpreting project design and development requirements.
? Developing solutions based websites that integrate to client’s business processes.
? Maintaining websites for existing clients.
? New server provisioning and Web Server administration (with Colo).
? Creating advanced coding for websites and landing pages including multilevel database driven sites and ecommerce solutions.
? Web code debugging and problem solving.
? Contributing to coding standards & building coding documentation.

Position Requirements
? Degree from 4-year University
? 5 -7 Years Experience professional web development and web server management
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills and follow through
? Ability to provide service and process documentation in our management system

This is an exciting growth opportunity for a skilled web developer who is comfortable wearing more than one hat and can tackle more complex solutions-based site development. Many projects are complex, database driven websites. Expertise in PHP/MySQL (PHP 4.0/5.0, MySQL 4.x/5.x.) is a prerequisite. Additionally, you must have an extensive coding background using CSS, XML, HTML, JavaScript and Flash with the ability to design as well as code. Experience with VB.NET & ASP.NET Windows platforms is a plus. Solid knowledge of standard Website Admin concepts, practices and procedures is needed. A comfort level with basic Linux/Free BSD web server is required. Windows Web server management skills are necessary along with a solid understanding of Dedicated and VPS servers and internet system architectures.
