Web Services Control Panel
Our livehost Web Service Control Panel gives complete access to e-mail, web and domain management features. All users can access the control panel for web-based mail and extended features such as out-of-office replies.
There are two types of users: Domain Admins (one per account) and Mail Users.
Mail Users:
Users can read and send e-mails online with our webmail located at https://www.[YourDomain Name].com/ControlPanel. Simply enter your e-mail logon and password to access your account features.
Users can set their Out of Office by following these simple steps
1. Sign in to the Control Panel
2. Click on MAIL 
3. Click on Autoreply
4. Select Autoreply with the following message: Out of Office
5. Change Subject line to Out of Office
6. Change the Autoreply Interval to either 1 day, 3 day or 1 week depending on how many times you want the Out of Office message to be sent to the incoming email address. i.e. the same sender sends several messages, if you select 1 day, each day that sender sends an email they will receive an Out of Office reply. If you select 3 day or 1 week, the sender will receive the Out of Office message either every 3 days or 1 week, respectively.
7. SAVE – Remember you must always click on the SAVE button in order for the Out of Office message to be sent
8. Turn it OFF when you return
Domain Admins
Domain Admins can add and delete users and control mail and web settings.
